We handle your collections needs, with the aim of minimizing your bad debt risk and improving your short-term liquidity! You set individual payment terms for your customers, which we then take into account in the context of our accounting work for you. Based on ongoing bookkeeping (we recommend weekly or twice a month), we prepare lists of those customers who have exceeded your payment terms for whom we recommend that collections be initiated. If you wish, we can also submit these lists to you again for your approval. We then handle the collections process for the customer, either in writing or by phone. In addition, you receive updated lists of outstanding items so that you always stay informed of the status of your accounts receivable. |
